Also called Bok-choi or Shanghai Cabbage, Pak-choi is one of the many varieties of brassicas native to China, where it has been cultivated for millennia.

This variety has a rather slender shape and beautiful crisp leaves. Pak-choi
is spreading a lot in our countryside, due to its nutritional characteristics and its adaptability to the European climate.
It is appreciated for its milder and sweeter flavor than other cabbages and for its juicier and crunchier texture.

This vegetable from the cruciferous family is rich in vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamins A and E, minerals and fiber. In summary, it is great for strengthening the immune system and vitality, it is a good antioxidant and is recommended for improving intestinal transit.
