In the heart of the city between Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza dei Frutti, a suggestive space for exchanges and relationships opens up: “Sotto il Salone”, the oldest covered market in Europe.

In this historic and prestigious context, in 2017, the Bottega Sotto il Salone of the El Tamiso cooperative opened its doors. A very wide range of fruits and vegetables, cereals (spelt, barley, millet, corn, etc.) to our bread, kneaded with “Furat” flour (a mixture of evolutionary grains) and cooked with wood.
And again a small delicatessen with seasonal vegetables, for a quick and tasty side dish! So a wide range of oils, wines and other delicacies from the best Italian el biologico realities with which the Cooperative has built relationships over the years.
