How we work
The main purpose of the cooperative is the organization of the production and sale of the products of our members. We also sell organic products from various other non-member suppliers present throughout Italy with whom over the years we have established relationships of mutual trust. This allows us to have a satisfactory range of products throughout the year and thus be able to make the most of our members' products. We also provide technical assistance and provide training courses, information and direct promotion to consumers.
We carry out internal sample analyses on products from new suppliers to verify their compliance with quality standards.

The El Tamiso brand
“El Tamiso” in Paduan, “the sieve” in Italian, is the kitchen tool that sifts flours. A tool representative of the philosophy of the Cooperative, which was created trying to “filter” the good ideas on which to base its business. And that even today continues to offer foods and values “chosen” based on respect for the environment, traditions and local and cultural characteristics. It has therefore become the symbol of this continuous attention to quality, of food as of life.
