The farm is run with passion by Elia and Severino Bozzolan according to the homeodynamic cultivation method, which is inspired by the principles of biodynamic agriculture associated with those of homeopathy.
It is spread over seven hectares, with orchards, blackberries and vegetable crops. In cultivated land there is a wide variety of vegetables and some special products such as daikon and Jerusalem artichoke. His “historic” specialties are red turnip, sweet strawberries and mulberry blackberries, which friends and visitors can collect together with Severino from July to mid-August.
The company is associated with the “Wigwam” circle which offers, thanks to the “social gardens” project, the opportunity to anyone who wishes, to have a plot to cultivate a vegetable garden and benefit from its products.
