CHICORY WITH POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

gr. 500 chicory, gr. 500 potatoes, a medium onion, salt, extra olive oil.

PROCEDURE

Put the sliced onion and potatoes peeled and cut into pieces (not too small) with ½ cup of water in the pan. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add the washed and chopped chicory, salt and continue cooking for another 15 minutes. Add the oil towards the end of cooking.
