BREAD AND ONION PIE

INGREDIENTS

2 onions, 2 spring onions, 1 shallot, 3 or 4 kg of leftover bread, 1/2 cup of oil, 3 eggs, rosemary, salt.

PROCEDURE

Slice the onions, the spring onions including the green part and the shallots, cook with a little water and salt for 15 minutes. Wet the bread with a little water and cut it into cubes. With a fork, beat the eggs with the oil and rosemary. Mix all the ingredients and transfer the dough to a baking pan. Oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
