From the French region of Auvergne, our Puy Green Lentil is grown on the Apennines between Modena and Bologna.
Thin skin, delicate flavor, with an extraordinary ability to keep cooking, the prized Puy Green Lentil is renowned worldwide for its organoleptic qualities.
It contains B vitamins, iron and magnesium.

It does not require soaking, it is necessary to cook them in cold water (twice the volume) for 40 minutes.
