After the phase relating to the planning of spring-summer crops and more generally to the basic approach of cultivation and agronomic practices, all farms are gradually ending the harvests of the last winter vegetables and the deliveries of the vegetables collected in autumn and stored at the farms (radicchio from Hawthorn, Tognon, Pajaro, Cà Girotto, leeks from Traverso and Bozzolan, pumpkins from De Lazzari, Traverso, Damo, Broccoli from Hawthorn, Cà Girotto, Bozzolan, Cà Solare and others, potatoes, onions, garlic...).
Everyone is preparing for the tillage at the end of winter for the first sowings and transplants of the season but the persistent rains do not give up and unfortunately the consequences will last for several more weeks, even if they stop suddenly.
For this reason, everyone is preparing to change their production season depending on the first chances of accessing the fields.
In short, let's hope so, last year we sowed in early April what we should have sown in February!
