Organic dried plums are coming to the
all-Italian supply chain at Coop El Tamiso!
Available in a pack of 1 kg, they are produced by the
Poggio Santa Cecilia Farm located in a valley
south of Siena, among woods and hills in an area still rich in biodiversity, an Italian excellence in a landscape dominated by dried fruit of mainly foreign origin.
The organic plums of this company are the result of
selection over the years of the
best varieties, while flavors and colors are given by the particular geographical position (high temperature range between day and night that favors the concentration of sugars).
Harvested at the right degree of ripeness, organic plums are dried and calibrated within 24 hours by the many years of experience of the Cooperativa Modenese Fruit Drying MonteRE, of which the Poggio Santa Cecilia Company is a member.
