During an evening organized by the Biorekk Association at the Osteria di Fuori Porta, Franco Zecchinato - President of Coop El Tamiso - spoke variously on the various problems related to agriculture, on the difficulty of those who work the land and how the cooperative system can be a good tool to combat certain inequitable relationships in the supply chain.
