The culinary and cultural festival “Say, Do, Eat” resumes

After the success of last season, the festival organized by Biorekk in collaboration with L'Osteria di Fuori Porta resumes
The first appointment is for Tuesday, October 30 at 8:00pm with the evening Bread al Pane: a dinner starring bread (but also bruschetta, focaccia, etc.!) to talk about the oldest food in the world, how it has changed over time, how industrial bread is different from artisanal bread and the peculiarities of organic bread. The expert who will guide us into the fragrant world of bread will be Claudio Ceroni, the baker of Mira's El Oven a Legno, from whom Biorekk and the Osteria di Fuori Porta buy bread and crackers collectively.
During the evening, on request, the sourdough sale will be active.
