The 80-year-old olive trees bear excellent fruit! From Apulian olives of the “Coratina” variety, an oil with a strong taste, intense fruity, packaged in 0.5 l bottles and 3 l milk.
The producer Rocco Scaramuzzi, owner of the Sensi di Puglia company, located in Santeramo in Colle (BA) on the border of the Alta Murgia National Park, is the young descendant of farmers who have been cultivating these lands for four generations.
Once picked (by hand), the organic olives are ground within a few hours in the small company mill, to guarantee the quality and purity of the product.
