Organic Prosecco arrives in a cooperative!

In a territory where during periods of treatment with pesticides, children are advised not to play outside, mothers to close their windows, to protect (?) vegetable gardens deprived of the gas that kills harmful insects (and not only), virtuous examples can still be found. The Ai Rorè farm is one of them!
The vineyards are located at the top of the Col Rorè valley from which the name of the company takes its name. The De Stefani family has been working the land and living in the Refrontolo area for at least seven centuries and the Ai Rorè organic winery was founded as early as 1992 from Paolo's passion and dedication. The entire company is surrounded by hedges and native woods maintained, even if with effort, to improve and enjoy biodiversity. As further evidence of this aspect, marking the distance from the widespread practice of cultivating with vines up to the last available centimeter, immersed in the vineyards, an organic olive grove is cultivated and maintained.
The organic viticulture applied in this company experiments with mineral and vegetable products useful to combat fungi harmful to the plant, thus also reducing the products allowed by the method. The shredding of grass and shoots in addition to the use of vegetable compound enriched with rock dust (minerals rich in phosphorus and potassium) help to obtain the highest quality productions.
The organic grapes harvested strictly by hand are selected and harvested with care, reaching optimal ripeness levels, preserving the colors and scents of the territory.
In short, a quality product, made with a sense of responsibility and love for one's work and for the territory that, cultivated in this way, can be said to be protected by those who work it.
