Produced at the partner farm Abbiate Valerio in Guiglia (MO), in the Modena Apennines.
Product collected in summer 2017. The variety is the 'striped green' of French origin, chosen for its excellent organoleptic qualities.
The selection method of these legumes is absolutely artisanal, so it is not possible to guarantee the total purity of the product due to the presence of any grains of soil; it is therefore always advisable to rinse the product in running water before cooking. They don't need to be soaked.
