This is the last event of the festival before the summer break.
A fresh dessert based on honey and organic ice cream with two of the producers to whom Biorekk has been linked for the longest time, Stefano Simionato for Mellarius Apicultura and Angelino Panciera from Gelateria Panciera, both from the Abano area.
What are the ingredients of ice cream and the differences between organic and conventional honey? How do you become a beekeeper? If you are curious (and greedy!) We are waiting for you for a dessert based on ice cream and honey!
For the evening, we offer you a tasty dessert of ice cream and honey prepared by our guests and by the Osteria di Fuori Porta. Cost 3.50€
Possibility to dine: the Osteria di Fuori Porta offers a combined dish with various tastings for 12 euros (including cheese with honey).
