Chopped tomato and basil tomato sauce

Waiting for the availability for the 2018 production of the classic El Tamiso Tomato Paste, now our appreciated tradition, also given the excellent quality of the 2018 harvest, the cooperative offers you two new features: the tomato in pieces and the basil sauce.



Designed as a base for various preparations, the tomato in pieces, similar in texture to a “rustic sauce”, has a minimum processing with the sole addition of salt.

Ready to use, the classic ready-made tomato sauce (tomato, carrot, onion, salt, and oil), with the special addition of basil, to be opened and poured as a dressing for pasta, rice, cereals...



As for the past one, also for these two new products, the tomato was picked by hand in our partner company Le Saline by Matteo Traverso in Agna (Padua).



The processing was entrusted to Azienda Agricola Punto Verde, a solid and well-known family-run agricultural and organic reality located in Savignano sul Panaro (Mo). Certified organic since 2001, they transform fruit and vegetables on their farm and others with passion, expertise and modern technologies.
