The only vinegar factory in the world to be certified organic and biodynamic (certified by Demeter), the Guerzoni farm has its roots in the 80s, when, as pioneers in the world of organic agriculture, they bought the vineyards and began production. The pioneering spirit, and the years of the beginning of the activity, which are those of the first steps of the movement, unite their path with that of our cooperative. Then when you realize that despite the past years, you continue to speak the same language, being able to offer the products of this farm becomes a real “customer service”!
Attention to biodiversity, which translates into the conservation of large areas dedicated to woods and hedges, attention to soil fertility and the search for harmony with the ecosystem (pursued through the dictates of biodynamics) are values that unite us.
Guerzoni Acetaia is one of the founders of “la Farnia”, a biodynamic agricultural circle where all the preparations used in the crops are produced, a reference point for Italian biodynamic growers.
From today on our list you can therefore find the red label Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP designed for those who use it every day, the silver label Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, grape must, suitable even for children without sulfur dioxide, and unfiltered apple cider vinegar, produced in collaboration with the biodynamic producers of Merano.
