The penultimate stop of the cycle tour stopped at our partner farm Il Ciuffo Verde di Giovanni Parpagiola. A pleasant ride through fields, vineyards and canals ended with a visit to the young company (fully converted to organic production since 2015) run under a family management by Giovanni Parpagiola. After a restorative lunch prepared by the Osteria di Fuori Porta and eaten under the porch in company, the day continued with a visit to the friends of the
Almaterra Social Cooperative Society and its wonderful donkeys, to end in style with the fascinating park of Frassanelle Villa Papafava, a real discovery!
The next appointment of the Biotour will be on September 26 at the Osteria di Fuori Porta with a dinner dedicated to ancient cereals with speeches by Giovanna Furlan from our partner farm of the same name and Sara Quartarella who will address the issue of gluten sensitivity and natural alternatives. Excellent, as usual, the culinary proposal related to the theme!
