Sunday, September 17, El Tamiso Biotour stops at the foot of the hills, visiting a young, family-run organic farm of ours: Giovanni Parpagiola's “The Ciuffo Verde” in Bastia di Rovolon.
Founded in 2010 as an organic farm and immediately approached the El Tamiso cooperative for advice on certification and processing, it is currently run by 27-year-old Giovanni Parpagiola, assisted by his family.
The trip scheduled for the 17th includes a rather demanding bike ride (about 25 km but all flat!) or arriving directly at the company by own means.
A short excursion to the fields will be followed by the excellent meal prepared by the Osteria di Fuori Porta (partner of the event) and the day will continue with a visit to the Frassenelle
Park, 120 hectares of wonders, “one of the best-preserved parks in Veneto of the late nineteenth century” that we will visit in collaboration with Almaterra.
