Starting from mid-January, the
Osteria di Fuori Porta offers you the “Pappamondo” festival, a cycle of ethnic dinners prepared by chefs from various countries around the world that will allow us to learn about the cuisine and some typical traditions of countries near and far. The festival is organized in collaboration with the
Fratelli dell'Uomo association, to which a share of the revenues from the evenings will be allocated, in support of their projects. Download the “

After the sold out of the Eritrean evening, it's the turn of the Indian evening on February 6!
For this dinner, chef Yogesh offers us a menu with a samosa appetizer (potato and pea rolls); single dish with vegetable rice and alu gobi (spicy vegetables) accompanied by chapati (Indian bread), dal (lentil cream) and spicy chickpeas; dessert based on pistachios and chickpea flour with Indian tea. The dinner may be completely vegetarian, a common condition in the Indian culinary tradition. All ingredients are organic and many spices come from fair trade.

- April 10 Togolese evening
The cost of the evenings is 23€ (water and house wine included); reservations at 049 616899 or via email at info@osteriadifuoriporta.it are very welcome. Dinner is scheduled for 20.00 and during the evening it will be possible to ask the cook for some suggestions to replicate the dishes that you will like the most. We are waiting for you!
