As you can see and follow on “cultivaredo.blogspot.it” it is necessary to resume the public information campaign on the transgenic option, whose aggression against our food sovereignty and our rights as an independent and democratic country, is increasingly strong.
And it is also good to understand the fact that it is not the pseudo-scientific reading on GMOs that is the main topic, as it might seem, but the patenting and the consequent total, legal and commercial control, of access to food.
And, in other words, the conclusion of the age-old confrontation for the benefit of American food multinationals, which “make” the United States policy on these issues (in the face of Michelle Obama's organic garden...) and the European Union, in which many countries are against it, for clear reasons.
It then seems obvious, but not taken for granted in public opinion, that the GMO problem is not only of organic farmers, with whom coexistence is obviously impossible, but first of all of the entire Italian society, and of conventional agriculture itself, where the issue of coexistence does not change — it is certainly not business freedom to prevent others from being able to exercise it!
In addition to this, many quarters are announcing the next “illegal” and provocative plantations of Monsanto MON810 corn in Veneto, as successfully done in Friuli in 2013.
Therefore, it is important that everyone: association, buying group, company and individual, etc. gives their availability and commitment, even if only of attention, to bring the topic back to the decisive role it plays, for the future of our country and of the entire world.
As far as we are concerned, we give our total willingness to disseminate and support all initiatives in this perspective.

TO SAY NO TO GMOS!!!! a day to make our voices heard and strongly reaffirm our firm opposition to GMOs (genetically modified organisms), to ask for an absolute BAN on the planting of GMOs (plants in which insect DNA, bacteria, etc.) has been inserted unnaturally. IT IS VITAL TO ACT IMMEDIATELY to defend biodiversity, health, healthy food, fertility.
