After a few years of hard work of selection, propagation, some defeats and various problems, we have finally been able to put into production and obtain the quantities to market the old varieties in purity, that is, flour obtained 100% from so-called 'old' or 'ancient' varieties, whose name is now on the label



ONLY WHEAT FROM OUR MEMBERS

The soft wheat labeled under our brand is produced exclusively by our members and the supply chain is controlled in every single step. In the traceability section of our site, with the lot number printed on the package, it is possible to know all the details of the production of wheat and flour.



ALL OUR COMMITMENT

Monococcus spelt, coconut and spelt, Gentil Rosso Wheat, Original Rieti, Andriolo, Inallettable, Piave. Our flours, strictly stone-ground, are only whole or semi-whole wheat! The old varieties we use, abandoned for years due to low productivity from conventional agriculture, are now much sought after for the scent they give to bread, pizza and biscuits. And above all for the quality of gluten, which is more digestible and balanced. Each grain with its characteristics and peculiarities: an old world to rediscover!
