The Mirella Pajaro farm is run by the owner of the same name with the substantial support of her husband Renzo Busatto who about ten years ago, coinciding with his retirement from driving, switched to the certainly healthier but more strenuous activity of a farmer.
The company, originally composed of two bodies of about one hectare, now covers an area of 5000 square meters adjacent to the house; a small company that allows managers to take better than average care of the crops that leads to the supply of small quantities but of excellent quality.
The soil, with a medium texture tending to sandy, is located in Bojon, near the Venetian lagoon, in a fairly ventilated area and therefore suitable for the cultivation of vegetables.
