Fattoria Ai Pavoni has been managed by the Malin family since 1903. It was with Renzo that at the beginning of the 90s they began to cultivate the land with the organic farming method. Choice made with awareness and deep respect for the earth, its inhabitants and biodiversity.
The project includes a farmhouse and an educational farm with lots of animals.
Ai Pavoni is located in the “Po Delta Park” a few kilometers from the sea, on the island of Ariano Polesine, and it is precisely for this characteristic that the soils are very fertile and welcome many varieties of vegetables.
Over the years, Renzo Malin has specialized in the cultivation of fruits such as apples, pears, plums, kiwis, persimmons and melons. He also grows many different vegetables, experimenting with little-known varieties.
Its apples are the first to be available, as early as mid-July, many ancient varieties that are marketed by the El Tamiso cooperative or transformed into excellent apple juices and jams.
