flour. A mixture of grains of ancient varieties (Andriolo, Piave, Inallettabile and Gentil Rosso - in the photo -) selected and dosed to give the best in the kitchen. Produced in the fields of our members and ground with stone, it is the result of years of selection and attempts to arrive at a flour made entirely of ancient grains, with a supply chain controlled in every single step.
