In Piazza Erbe, where you can find the cooperative's banquet every day, there will be five members who produce the vegetables that best represent their company, ready to explain, tell and take away any curiosity about the organic world and the history of the cooperative. There will therefore be the 'historians' Michele Borgato (among the founders of the co-op), Severino Bozzolan (the biodynamic storyteller) and Giuseppe Boregato (for years at the banquet in Piazza delle Erbe, producer of vegetables and wine), and the more 'recent' Orazio Tietto (profound connoisseur and producer of mushrooms) and Giovanni Parpagiola (young and dynamic, at the foot of the hills). You will have the opportunity to buy their products, but, a more unique than rare opportunity, to breathe the air of their farms and really know how agriculture is done that assumes its responsibilities: that of leaving children a better land than the one found.
