Inauguration of the straw house Al Confin

Eleven years ago, after the conversion of the historic father's company, "Al Confin “was founded, a small family business located on the border between the provinces of Vicenza and Padua; where fertile grasslands with dairy cows, clean water from nearby springs and country hedges reign.
Using fields to produce in a different way, while respecting the resources that nature makes available, the conviction that even in the third millennium man has a lot to learn from the environment, was Paolo's initial inspiration.
For us, a small mixed farm with a closed cycle is the optimal solution for the recovery of all the values linked to the earth, both mocked in the past and praised in the modern.
We have mixed organic agriculture with the traditions and culture of the past. We got involved, with a serious and dynamic business management, a humble, peaceful, serene and respectful mentality to obtain a product that refreshes the body but above all the spirit.
