THE INGREDIENTS - all from certified organic agriculture only in Italy:

flours (spelt and monococcus spelt and a mixture of varieties of ancient soft grains) produced in the fields of our members and ground with stone by the
La Grande Ruota di Sermide mill (our historic collaborator) the Agrigento oil of the Agri Bio Cooperative

l'Arcobaleno (our partner!)


Sicilian rosemary from Azienda Agricola Filippone (our historic supplier!)

Sicilian sesame from I Frutti del Sole (with which we have been collaborating for years)
I VALORI - a baked product made in line with the principles of the cooperative, with raw materials that speak for us, the result of research and selection of the best ancient grains with high organoleptic qualities and low environmental impact. As well as the other ingredients, all Italian and coming from realities with which we share, in addition to the organic farming method, the principles of crop sustainability and fair pay for work.
