El Tamiso at El Biológico in Piassa!

The celebrations for the Cooperative's fortieth birthday continue: this time we will be guests of the El Biológico market festival in Piassa, a historic event that offers products from organic farms together with crafts and the world of associations.
The cooperative in Piazza dei Frutti will be a significant presence, where you can discover the secrets of the synergistic garden and relive the Cooperative's journey through a photographic exhibition that collects its evolution over the years. Throughout the day, engaging workshops will entertain adults and children: from carpentry to beeswax, from the “vegetable garden in a box” to animated readings.
In Piazza delle Erbe, our banquet will be festively dressed with the cooperative's fresh and transformed products and, at 11, everyone at the stove with Eleonora and Lisa, very skilled hands who will tell four pumpkin-based recipes for a real cooking show entitled “More salt in pumpkin”!
Also important is our intervention within the program of the prestigious “Fair of Words”: at 10.30, in the Paladin room of Palazzo Moroni, the presentation of the book “Let's Free the Earth from Machines”. A book written collectively by some members of the French cooperative “Atelier Paysan”, a self-construction cooperative that supports farmers in the autonomous design and prototyping of machinery and construction tools adapted to the needs of agroecology, and in particular of organic agriculture and translated by Eva Rigonat, Susanna Fiorini and Giannozzo Pucci who will speak at the presentation.
