The situation of cultivated fields is very critical.

In many areas, it has not been possible to do the planned sowings or transplants. Where, on the other hand, they were made, the plants are now under severe stress due to the abundant rains and the lack of sun, due to the very limited development that the plants have in this period. The lack of oxygen at root level is a real problem and we are all hoping that sunny days will take the place of these rainy periods.

Downy mildew, bacteriosis and botrytis are scourging crops, where the noctuae or snails have not already gotten busy.

In the meantime, fortunately, although considerably slowed down, there are the harvests of lettuce, leeks, zucchini, cappuccini, pumpkins, potatoes...
