Culinary review “Say, do... eat!” - Thursday, June 21 - Guess who's coming to dinner!

The Osteria di Fuori Porta - via T. Aspetti 7, “Borgomagno” tram stop - in collaboration with El Tamiso, offers the culinary and cultural festival “Say, do... eat”, a series of events to explore important topics related to nutrition.

What is biodynamic agriculture? Do the moon and the stars have to do with the growth of blackberries and leeks? And should the land that gives us all these fruits be thanked at the end of the day?
We ask those who have made biodynamic agriculture the center of their lives, Severino Bozzolan, a 'philosopher' farmer from Legnaro, a member of the El Tamiso cooperative, who will bring us some of his' spoiled 'vegetables to taste...
The biocultural menu for the evening includes: Pea flan with cappuccina, Conchiglioni with turnip leaves, Zucchini stuffed with seitan with turnips with balsamic vinegar, rhubarb and lemon cake.
The cost of dinner is 20€ per person, excluding wine.
