The first appointments of the
El Tamiso Biotour 2016 festival are coming up!
Did radicchio grumolo, bruscandoli, rosole, carletti and pissacani form the cheerful side dish of eggs, salami and brustola polenta? on our grandparents' tables in spring. We will relive that sober but healthy and tasty diet, in the company of Ignazio Canesso, a farmer and writer,
storyteller, and the dishes baked by the skilled hands of the Osteria's cooks.?
Here is the menu:
- Chicchietto grumolo salad with oranges and almonds
- Nettle orzotto - Bruscandoli omelet - Carletti croquettes and potatoes with wild garlic sauce
- Rosole and sautéed Pissacani
- Zaeti - Tea?
