Biodynamic agriculture course for El Tamiso members

All producer members are warmly invited to participate in the course that we have organized to give the basic elements to approach biodynamic agriculture.

The course will take place in such a way as to have a theoretical and a practical part that are closely accompanied and will serve to have the very first tools to be able to apply this method in your company.

The speaker will be Paolo Pistis, former teacher in various biodynamic agriculture courses, with direct experience now thirty years in agriculture and in particular in the biodynamic sector, applied in various agricultural fields.

The course, which will take place at our Cooperative, will be relatively short (4 meetings and 2 visits to companies) requires a punctual and constant presence from the first of the 4 lessons because skipping one would make it difficult to understand the topic as a whole. So let's ask anyone interested to make an intense but short effort!

The dates are as follows: 13-20 November and 4-11 December with 17-20 hours (2 consecutive Tuesdays, one week is skipped and then another 2 consecutive Tuesdays). Course location: Large cooperative office room.

First lesson: General principles of biodynamic agriculture: how to bring fertility to the earth and vital forces to the plant through the use of biodynamic spray preparations

Second lesson (practice): The dynamization of biodynamic spray preparations: how, when and why to give them

Third lesson: The use of cumulation preparations, composting, composted 500 and Fladen to improve the plant's immune system

Fourth lesson (prat.): The practical use of cumulation preparations in agricultural activities

The dates of the visits will be announced later to the course participants. A visit also includes a stop at Giovanni Montanari's Trattoria Vecchia di Guiglia (MO) for a frugal food and wine experience, reserved exclusively for course participants!

Please note: the course is funded and reserved for agricultural entrepreneurs and collaborators, at prime time bring an identity document and a certified copy of the company's VAT number.
