PLEUROTUS FUNGUS
Pleurotus or 'sbrise' in Venetian dialect, is a fairly common mushroom to find in the woods and not difficult to cultivate.
In Italy it is the most common mushroom.
Despite this characteristic, it has numerous properties: anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, hypocholesterolemic and immune system stimulator.
This mushroom has a delicate taste and fleshy texture, it is well suited for grilling and for preparing excellent sauces.
