The Bioarmonia company (formerly Sara Voltolina) is run by Laura Patt who collects the baton of her father Mariano from whom she inherited her passion.
Transplanted to Chioggia from Belluno for service reasons (a former policeman), who has always been passionate about agriculture, in the 80s he discovered the organic world and decided to produce with this method.
In 1997, I arrived in Correzzola at what is currently the company's headquarters, where plants such as almond trees, laurels and fruit plants such as apples, pears and plums were immediately planted. Great attention is always given to the fertility of the earth with the preparation of heaps and the shedding of biological manure that enrich it with organic substance.
In the meantime Laura's passion for the land grows, she is interested in and learns many techniques used by her father and attends assiduously in the various courses that El Tamiso organizes. This increases synergy with other members (with Bozzolan for biodynamics) with Boscarolo and with David Bozza in a virtuous circuit in which various member companies “speak” to each other, building relationships in full cooperative spirit.
