We support the Farmhouse A Lanterna

The A Lanterna Farmhouse located in Monasterace Marina, adjacent to the archaeological site that “preserves” the remains of ancient Kaulonia, has suffered yet another mafia attack with the shed and the precious tractor that burned down in an arson fire. In April, El Tamiso's visit to the affected company, a fascinating place rich in history and biodiversity, animated by people who decided to break free from the law of the 'Ndrangheta to join a consortium of producers, the Goel Consortium, which is fighting in the territory to defend these small realities trying to offer, in addition to the value of legality, an economic project that can guarantee the right reward for their work. For this reason, our cooperative decided to support this reality and just a few days ago it was decided to buy the clementines of the A Lanterna Company, which is now having great difficulty harvesting since the only tractor burned down. On the occasion of the next Saint Martin's Day (Sunday, November 8, Azienda Ca' Girotto, Pernumia, Padua) a fundraiser will be launched to make a concrete contribution and allow realities as unfortunate as they are courageous to raise their heads.
