Designed as a base for various preparations, the tomato in pieces, similar in texture to a “rustic sauce”, has a minimum processing with the sole addition of salt.
As for the past one, also for these two new products, the tomato was picked by hand in our partner company
Le Saline by Matteo Traverso in Agna (Padua).
The processing was entrusted to
Azienda Agricola Punto Verde, a solid and well-known family-run agricultural and organic reality located in Savignano sul Panaro (Mo). Certified organic since 2001, they transform fruit and vegetables on their farm and others with passion, expertise and modern technologies.
