In this period we are thinking about how to distribute the productions among the different members in such a way as to divide the risk linked to the potential failure (for climatic reasons or for market reasons) of a crop or a production area. This work is essential to avoid overproduction in certain periods and lack of product in others and to ensure that everyone's work is rightly valued, as well as avoiding waste. In the meantime, we are also following with great interest the biodynamics course organized in a cooperative. It will definitely be useful to everyone, for various reasons. Both because we know better a method very close to us, and because in this way we can compare our systems with people who already put it into practice and with whom they manage their company. Last week, we visited the experimental center of Pò di Tramontana which, while not committing great resources to organic farming, allows us to better understand some technical aspects related to our crops and also some reasons why the conventional is like this...
