A day of celebration for the El Tamiso Cooperative, which yesterday inaugurated the new Sotto il Salone store. The Padovans were very curious, who throughout the day visited the store opened at noon in the presence of the city authorities. Franco Zecchinato, president of the cooperative, the historic banquet manager Giuseppe “Bepi” Bregolato and a moved Eleonora Berto (daily presence at the banquet in Piazza delle Erbe), have cut the fateful ribbon together with the Councilor for Commerce Antonio Bressa, kicking off the toasts and the exquisite tastings of Sermondi cheeses, the baked goods of the Forno del Bosco di Rubano and the members' sweet potatoes.
I also heard the intervention of the architect Luisa Calimani, whom the cooperative warmly thanks, who spontaneously and free of charge made her expertise, experience and taste available in the very successful setting up of this shop located in the oldest shopping center in Padua!
