“The El Tamiso cooperative is like a loom within which an intertwining of relationships is woven between farmers, consumers, suppliers, friends, acquaintances, with a common ideal, who base their lifestyle on the principles of organic agriculture and who pursue the dream of a fair and sustainable world through simple daily choices... for 30 years!”
This is the correct definition, developed by our partner and precious collaborator Paolo Zampieri, of the El Tamiso cooperative, which celebrates thirty years of activity. Thirty years of hard work in the fields and behind the desk to promote and disseminate a new (or very old) way of relating to the earth and the environment that surrounds us, based on respect and sustainability.
To celebrate the anniversary, let's meet everyone on 19 July at Parco Valentini Natale (formerly Fistomba) for a day of celebration to spend together. There are several entertainments offered with wooden games for children (those of “El Biológico in Piassa!!) , juggling and slackline for children and boat trips organized by the Amissi del Piovego. A performance by the gospel group Black & White will follow and the dinner prepared by the Osteria di Fuori Porta and offered at a symbolic price of 5€, the proceeds of which will be donated to charity. To close the day, the light-hearted and fun music of Ska-j, a historic Venetian group whose leader (Marco “Furio” Forieri) celebrates thirty years of artistic career!
