100% organic, from sustainable agriculture, produced leaving hens the freedom to roam outside, in contact with nature, as it should always be.
The shell is solid and resistant, thanks to the diet rich in calcium and the outdoor life that, with exposure to the sun, allows vitamin D.
The yolk is naturally golden yellow, because the feed is rich in corn and soy, without any synthetic dyes.
The egg white is thick and viscous, thanks to the possibility of movement that allows the hens to properly metabolize the

raw materials.

It may seem like a fairytale, but the hens here live freely, in more than 70,000 m² of alfalfa meadows and medicinal plants in the heart of the Friulian valleys, while, inside their common areas, they are lulled to the sound of Venetian Baroque music.

Classical music in the farm is the result of studies on 432 Hz music therapy brought to light by the Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto, who argued that sound waves have the power to influence the spirits, first of all, but also the water molecules that compose us.
