Ginger is a product cultivated for many years, together with turmeric, in a very competent way, by the native population, which has easily obtained organic and biodynamic certification.
It grows at elevations ranging from 800 to 1200 meters above sea level, the slope of about 10% makes it possible to do without artificial irrigation, thus preventing the formation of those dangerous water stagnations that then require the use of the synthetic products necessary to combat the numerous plant diseases.
