Enrico, born in 2003, is a young farmer with a deep passion for agriculture and for agricultural machinery. An authentic and deep-rooted love, born since childhood when, as a child, he accompanied his grandfather to the fields. These were precious moments, spent picking vegetables and trying his first experiences driving a tractor, which left an indelible mark
on his human and professional journey.After completing his studies at the Agricultural Institute, Enrico took a courageous and determined step: to found his own farm. From the beginning, it has chosen to adhere with conviction to the principles of organic agriculture, actively collaborating with
the El Tamiso cooperative.Fundamental to this journey was the figure of his grandfather, a former university professor, who represented an essential guide and point of reference for Enrico. A man of great openness and vision, Michele Cera, was among the first in Veneto to pay attention to the demands of young people who, already in the Eighties, opposed the dominant agricultural model, instead promoting a more ethical and respectful vision of nature. He has strongly supported the return to chemical-free agricultural practices, based on respect for the environment and for people's health.
Today Enrico cultivates numerous hectares of land, dedicating himself with commitment to the production of a wide variety of vegetables, including zucchini, potatoes, radicchi, green beans and spinach. He personally deals with all phases of agricultural work: from planting to harvesting, to the selection of products. His approach is attentive, meticulous and guided by a deep sense of responsibility to the land and to consumers.
With an eye to the future, Enrico is working on the implementation of a new project: the opening of an agricultural store in the Mandria district, in Padua. This space will not only be a store, but a place of encounter and story, where every vegetable and every plant will bring with it a story made of passion, tradition and sustainability.
Enrico is a young man capable of transmitting enthusiasm with his mere presence.
Its mission is clear: to cultivate and offer good, healthy and genuine food, which is an expression of conscious agriculture, respectful of the environment and of people's well-being.
