This is an important invitation, addressed to all those who, in Padua and its territory, are concerned with agroecology, food and sustainability. This is truly an opportunity not to be missed.
The City of Padua and its larger territory, although strong in a history and ancient traditions linked to food and to the relations between city and countryside, and despite widespread social sensitivity on these issues, do not escape a merciless analysis that highlights a triple failure: environmental, agricultural and social.
A crisis before the eyes of those who want to see, which concerns everyone: the few who produce food and the many who consume it.
For this reason, Rete Humus β a social network for Italian bioagriculture, the El Tamiso ETS Foundation and the group of people who have been animating the experience of El Biologico in Piassa for years in Padua propose a day of discussion and knowledge, with the aim of building together a Paduan Agroecological Network.
A new, open, inclusive network capable of clearly affirming values and proposals to the entire local community. During the day, a first draft of manifest for Paduan agroecology will also be presented, inspired by the national initiative Terra Comune, as a basis for work and shared
discussion.π Program of the day
