The Thames to San Martino!

Excellent success for the afternoon of celebration organized at the Cà Girotto farm in Pernumia on the occasion of San Martino, a traditional anniversary of the beginning/end of the agricultural year. It is the moment when the agricultural contracts were concluded, but above all it continues to be the moment in which confidence is sown for the future. We visited the two companies owned by cousins Bozza David and Simone where, with the great interest of the participants, the crops present, the rotations, the various activities carried out, the importance of the hedges and the techniques used were illustrated. Then the actual party began with a greeting from the president and parents of Bozza. Mulled wine and hot drinks along with potatoes and roasted chestnuts kept everyone company until late afternoon. Experience to repeat!
