A day in the countryside to rediscover corn, its gestures, its stories and the traditions linked to our land.
We will meet at the Il Biancospino organic farm to experience a special moment of harvest together: we will fluff corn with our hands, just like it used to be done, accompanied by the stories, memories and traditions of those who have known this work.
It will be an opportunity to learn more about the culture of Maranello corn, its uses and its link with peasant life, but above all to be together, share knowledge and experience the countryside in an authentic and convivial way.
And after working in the fields, a moment of celebration awaits us: good food, an aperitif with friends and music to end the day together.
